Allison Robin, LEED AP
Owner & Founder

Allison Robin is an Owner and Co-founder of Envoie Projects LLC, a WBE-certified project management firm based in New York City. She oversees the financial management of the company and developed the firm’s standards for cost control and contracting strategies. Currently, she is managing approximately $250 million in construction projects in NYC and Florida.

Allison brings over two decades of experience in the industry, having started her career as a construction manager on a range of commercial, residential, and retail developments. Since transitioning to the Owner’s side in 2009, she has become a trusted advisor to Envoie’s clients, including nonprofit, cultural, and educational institutions. She has led complex renovations, ground-up new construction, and historic restorations, and is currently working on projects for the Brooklyn Public Library, People’s Theatre Project, Whitney Museum of American Art, and Saint Ann’s School, among others.

Known for her strategic thinking and collaborative leadership, Allison excels at motivating large teams, resolving disputes, and maximizing value for her clients. She frequently works on city- and state-funded projects, acting as liaison with public agencies to manage funding agreements.

Allison is an active member of CREW New York, where she served as Chapter President in 2020. She recently sat on both the CREW New York Board of Directors and the CREW Network Foundation Board, supporting mentorship and diversity initiatives in commercial real estate. She also teaches a course on Construction Budgets and Cost Management at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Her commitment to mentorship and education within the industry has been recognized with awards from Professional Women in Construction, Real Estate Weekly, Women Builders Council, and the Beverly Willis Foundation. She received the Woman of Valor Award from St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters in 2020 and the Founders’ Award from CREW New York in 2021. In 2023, she was honored as a CREW Visionary by CREW Network Foundation.

She holds a B.S. in City & Regional Planning from Cornell University, with a concentration in Architecture, and an M.S. in Construction Management from New York University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Allison balances life in Manhattan with her two children with lifting heavy weights and intermittent home renovations.
