Marilyn C. Ordoñez
Senior Project Manager

Marilyn brings over 15 years of experience working in construction management to the Envoie team.  Her technical knowledge of building methodologies and high level of engagement lend to her management of day-to-day issues in the field.  Marilyn has also focused on developing best practices in project management and excels at setting high standards for project execution.  She is currently working with NYIT on several summer renovation projects.

Before joining Envoie, Marilyn spent 6 years at Shawmut Design & Construction where she lead a variety of commercial, retail and hospitality projects, as well as helped develop the firm’s best practices for implementation across the project management group.

In addition to several OSHA Construction Safety certifications, Marilyn received a Certificate in HVAC Design and Construction Management from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College and is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). Marilyn is also an ACE mentor.
