Wei is a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience in the programming, design and construction of educational, cultural and institutional building projects. She approaches each project with a tailored strategy that ensures project goals are not only met, but also reflect the philosophy and fulfills the mission of each institution. A dedicated advocate for her clients, Wei uses her breadth of knowledge and experience, as well as her abilities to work well with all stakeholders and foster teamwork, to lead projects to successful completion.

As an owner’s representative, first with Levien & Company, and, currently, with Envoie Projects, Wei has focused on mission-driven educational and institutional projects. Prior to her current role, Wei was a partner at Cooper Robertson and Partners, where she practiced architecture for 13 years. During that time, she worked on several prominent cultural projects including the new home of The Whitney Museum of American Art and MoMA QNS, a project which supported the expansion of the Museum of Modern Art.

Wei is a registered architect in the State of New York, a LEED Accredited Professional, and received her M.A. in Architecture from Tulane University.
