Ryan Beelitz, PMP, LEED GA
Director of Operations, Project Executive

Ryan has over 10 years of project management experience realizing a wide variety of projects from feasibility and design through bidding and construction. These projects represent a range of sectors including landmark building restoration, education, urban renewal, demolition and land remediation, retail and residential.

Ryan was previously a partner at an owner’s representation and project management firm in Sydney, Australia. He has worked extensively for not-for-profit and government clients, helping them to define project goals and requirements, secure funding, and complete their projects. Ryan is accomplished at managing projects with complex stakeholder relationships and approval requirements and brings an approachable, responsive and pragmatic working style to any team.

Ryan is a LEED Green Associate and received his M.S. in Project Management, M. Architecture, and B.AS. Architectural Science from Curtin University.
