The Vineyard Theatre is an acclaimed Off-Broadway Theatre company dedicated to developing and producing bold new plays and musicals by both emerging and established artists. The Vineyard is committed to creating an artistic home for daring artists, and to nurturing their unique voices. It seeks to produce work that challenges all of us to see ourselves and our world in new ways and that pushes the boundaries of what Theatre can be and do.

The project will fully renovate the Vineyard’s façade, lobbies, restrooms, theatre, backstage support spaces and offices. The end result will provide universal access to all areas of the space and also includes replacement of HVAC and other building systems.

    • Act as Vineyard’s advocate in all discussions with approval agencies the Condo Board.

    • Development and maintenance of the project budget including regular updates to Vineyard Board members.

    • Prepare competitive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for any additional and necessary consultants.

    • Assist Vineyard with making design decisions with respect to programmatic, operational, and cost considerations.

    • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule with consideration of potential project phasing.

    • Facilitate communication between Vineyard and their neighboring tenants and owners to understand and mitigate existing acoustic and waterproofing issues.

    • Assist with the acquisition of additional space from the Condo which is essential for the project design strategy.

We will simultaneously reimagine our public spaces to be more conducive to engaging and expanding our adventurous community, while making every part of our building fully ADA accessible.
